When I was asked to write the Little Penguin Cookbook, I jumped with delight. Create recipes to be enjoyed with a glass of great wine? Definitely! Not only do I firmly believe that food and wine, together, bring us one of life's greatest pleasures, but the Little Penguin is about enjoying each day to its fullest; having fun and experiencing good food and wine- but not too seriously.
Just as you don't need to spend a fortune to enjoy an immensely enjoyable fine wine, neither should you have to spend hours cooking or hunting for ingredients to create a stunning looking and delicious meal.
My recipes are designed to indulge all the senses. More importantly, they are designed with simplicity to allow the preparer time to enjoy the occasion of eating and sipping great wine with family and friends.
